When a woman is in her grace, she dwells in her true identity. Come join us for an evening of tranquility, practice and rejuvenation. Nama-Stay is a place, where stillness fosters the conscious being that is YOU. Together we will strengthen vision and purpose as we individually receive answers by simply being still and present with the essential qualities of our lives. It is Atonka’s sincere wish to help support the servitude and spirit of the woman , while sustaining vitality in the body for a fulfilling life - the pillars of our everyday wellbeing

This is a monthly way of woman’s circle -

PREPARE FOR YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before start time to set up your space

• if desired, bring your own sheep skin ( we have plenty yoga mats, blanket and pillow ) for comfort

• bring what makes you most comfortable)

• dress in comfortable layers that is YOU

• eat a full meal 2 hours before, or a light snack if closer to the ceremony start time

• if you’d like, bring crystals and a bottle of drinking water to be energetically cleared and amplified by the journey
